Coach Certification Information


To become certified to coach a CYO team, you will need to:

  • Download and complete the Criminal Background Check (CBC) form
  • Return the completed CBC form, along with the preferred certification class date, to the contact(s) listed below:
  • The class date will need to be confirmed before one attends the class

Coach Certification is valid for 3 years

CBC forms must be submitted every 3 years
